At Zenith Property Management, we work to successfully develop government partnerships and community support in order to obtain zoning and building permits; environmental clearances; state and local licenses; utility easements and variances; and obtain economic development incentives when available.  This includes obtaining and implementing mixed-finance project funding packages that integrate local, state, and, or, federal economic programs, including: Tax Increment Financing (TIF); new market tax credits; 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges; Tax Abatement;  housing tax credits under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code, USDA Rural Development Programs, and other incentives for development through local HRA's and EDA's. By leveraging of affordable and traditional financing options, we were able to produce high-quality developments that are considered an asset to the neighborhoods and communities where they are located.
